Ella is all better. I’m sick as a dog. So sick that I actually want to go to the doctor. Give me shots, take my blood, whatever you need to do. I need to wipe this out and have a few days of feeling okay before I go on this tour. A little stressed out.

The Bose job went pretty smooth. This could be a really cool job if they bite on the direction I threw at them. It was a Dayquil inspired piece, no doubt about that.

I’m trying to listen to NPR. Never easy anymore. I can’t seem to pledge as fast as their pledge drives come around. And they always have these stupid predictable specials on abortion. Some Professor from a higher learning institution forms an unemotional and logical opinion on abortion – and then a lot of people from Iowa call up and freak out on him. It’s like clockwork. It’s like a game show, really.

Anyway, I’m going to the doc @ 4:00 today then hopefully going back to bed.

My daughter is sick this week. It’s been an extraordinarily rough week, especially with this tour looming less than 2 weeks away. Not much time to do anything other than absorb a lot of her discomfort and try to turn it into an occasional giggle and a nap every now and then. It’s thrown me off.

I’m simultaneously trying to work on a new job for Bose. Pretty cool one at that, but we’ll see. It’s kind of on hold until this weekend.

Not much else is happening. Well, we got approved for our home loan, officially. That’s quite an accomplishment considering just 3 years ago we were a total wreck. It was weird to read the “We’re happy to announce” part instead of the usual “We regret to inform you.” We’re stuck in our current lease so we’re trying to figure out exactly when/how we’re going to move. We’ve got time.

You know, for one reason or another the last CA disc The Bitcrusher Mixes never made it up on CDBaby, iTunes, all the usual suspects. Maybe the label I put it out on is defunct, I'll check into that. Anyway, I've done pretty well with DD sales for the other CA releases so I went ahead and put it up myself.
