It took me a good 10 hours to work through some annoying bugs with the site, but it is done! You can stream the full album, purchase individual tracks, the works.
Here it is.
For Those Of You keeping track of my chronic tardiness, please forgive me. I'm an absolute perfectionist and probably shouldn't promise release dates that I can't meet. Flaws, yes, flaws. They're what makes our music what it is.
On that sorta depressing note, I am mastering the EP right now. It sounds wonderful. I'm really so lucky to have such gifted people around me. So, no promises whatsoever, but I just need time to finish mastering and post this in the store and it's no longer ours, it's yours.
Whew. It's been a very busy week. Milquetoast and Co. were in town for a couple days. We tracked live drums, bass, 2 guitars, cello, vocals, and trumpet for 3 of their songs. This is hopefully the beginning of a full record I would like to do with them. It came out just phenomenal and I've got nothing but good things to say about those guys.
Of course, my time has been a bit thin because of it. I'm back in the studio tonight, mixing the new EP. I'm bouncing the first final, final, final mix as we speak. 2 others are only a couple hours away, and another close behind. The EP will also feature a remix of "Recent" (from our first record) by Corey McCafferty - who you may know as our live drummer over the last year or 2. He did a really great mix of the track so we going to throw that on.
The tour is looking great and we're auditioning a new drummer tomorrow night, Matt Cordier. You may know that name from, like, way back in the day. He did a CA tour with me about 6 years ago and has recently moved back to Chicago.
The I:Scintilla record is coming along well. It's taking much longer than expected, but it's seeming really worth the wait. They've taken a lot of calculated risks on this record, as far as their writing goes. It's my favorite material of theirs so far. I'm also just getting started on some Cylab mixes for Percy.
Ahh, what else. That's it, I sleep every now and again but not much.

More illegible titles, improper punctuation, and wood grain from the bearded man behind the wheel.
